By purchasing from CarbonSteera Store you, the Buyer, acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Transfer of Risk
Title and all risk of loss or damage pass to the Buyer immediately when the parcel is handed over to the selected carrier, courier, postal authority, or freight forwarder.
2. No Seller Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller is not liable for:
• late delivery, transit delays, or missed deadlines;
• loss, theft, or misdirection of the shipment;
• partial or total damage to the parcel or its contents;
• customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import restrictions, or seizure by authorities;
• force-majeure events, carrier strikes, weather disruptions, or any circumstances beyond the Seller’s direct control;
• indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue, reputation, or opportunity.
3. Claims
The Buyer must direct any claims for delay, loss, or damage to the carrier or relevant authority. The Seller provides shipment details (tracking number, carrier contact) upon dispatch but assumes no further responsibility once the parcel leaves the Seller’s facility.
4. No Returns or Replacements
All sales are final. The Seller offers no refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements for any reason, unless such waiver is prohibited by mandatory law.
5. Severability
If any portion of this policy is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect
